Q. What if I need to replace the product Size?

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit you, simply
Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.
You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our address (will be provided).Once you contact us trough email or on whatsapp.
Once we receive the product, we will send the new size (depending on the availability).
please note that this process may take 10 working days.

Q. What if I wish to exchange the product with other product(s)?

If you don’t like the product you ordered and wish to exchange it with other product or products, simply pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.

Q. What if I wish to return my product?

If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply
contact us on our number or email address. we will tell you where to send the product.

Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached we will refund your amount.

Q. How will I get My refund?

You can get your refund via Bank transfer.
